Obtained from pomace of Dolcetto grapes from the Alba district (Fraz. Como, San Rocco Seno d'Elvio, Santa Rosalia), Monforte d'Alba and Dogliani with continuous distillation in a copper boiler
Aged 2/3 years in steel tanks. After being combined with the Tarassaco del Roero flower honey, the distillate is left to rest for at least 3 months. After decanting and filtering the grappa is bottled for consumption
